Our Senior Management staff is handpicked from a mixture of experienced, dynamic and youthful personalities so as to provide a full flavor of market sensitivities within modern management concepts and traditionally proven technologies. Presently our Senior Management staff includes:

• Simon Ignatius, Simon
  Aged 50, Simon is the Vice President of the Group. He oversees and is responsible for the successful completion of all projects within the Group. Simon has over 25 years of experience in the property sector having primarily served in property based Kumpulan Darul Ehsan Berhad and Kumpulan Perangsang Selangor Berhad since 1975 before joining the Taipan Group of Companies in 1999.

• Razali Bin Rahmat, Razali
  Aged 41, Razali is an architect by profession. He has over 15 years experience in architecture and real-estate design. He oversees the technical and supervision teams of the Group to ensure acceptable quality of products developed, supervision of construction work and due delivery of completed products.

• Yap Ean Mei, Ean Mei
  Aged 28, Yap Ean Mei is a civil engineer by profession and is the Projects Co-Ordinator for the Group. Her job entails, sourcing and purchasing of materials as well as overseeing project implementation for compliance.

• See Siang Ling, See
  Aged 30, See is the Group’s Head of Accounts. Her job entails financial, accounting and treasury functions, accounts administration and financial planning.

• Lim May Sim, Maxine
  Aged 30, Maxine is a graduate in Business Administration and is the Group’s Head of Marketing. Her job entails marketing administration, advertising co-ordination and marketing promotions.

• NorAfne Moktaruddin, Afne
  Aged 26, Afne is a graduate in International Relations and is the Group’s Head of Sales and Public Laison. Her job entails sales administration, legal documentation, sales promotions, property transfer and titling administration.
