Group’s on-going project is being undertaken under the banner
of Taipan Focus Sdn Bhd. The Project is situated in the pre-dominantly
Chinese town of Pandarmaran and adjoins the up market Bukit Tinggi
development in Klang. It is also in the vicinity of the upscale Bandar
Botanic and Bandar Puteri projects aside from its close proximity
to Port Klang and Klang as well as the North, South and West Ports
of Port Klang.The approved development comprises of 128 units 4-storey

This development has an approximate Gross Development Value of RM 100.0 million. The Project is a joint-venture between Taipan Focus Sdn Bhd (as developer) and Perbadanan Kemajuan Negeri Selangor (as land owner).Piling works will commence on April 2006 and will be completed by September 2006 and full completion of the building construction works is expected by end 2007.Pandamaran is a matured but township that evolved from a Chinese New Village that is today vibrant town and a hive of activity.
