As a professional real-estate company, the directors of the Group work hands-on in the respective companies within the Group. The principle directors of the Group currently are as follows:

DIRECTORS

• Teok Kien Seng, Andrew
  Aged 50, Andrew is a double degree holder (in civil engineering and architecture). He has over 23 years of experience in real-estate development and construction, having first being employed in his family (also real-estate) business before venturing into his own since 1995. Andrew is the President / Managing Director of the Group.

 

• Md. Said Bin Dolah, Said
  Aged, 44, Md. Said has been a business partner for Andrew since 1995. Md. Said too has been involved in the property in various capacities including that of a Project Manager in the private sector. Md. Said is an Executive Director of the Group and is responsible for all corporate liaison matters and administration.

Between the Directors and the Senior Management Staff (as described overleaf) the Group has over 100 years of experience in the real-estate industry.
